Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

You do NOT have to register for most classes. However, we do require all early morning classes in respect to the instructors. We also ask you to reserve special events to keep track of numbers. Although most classes you do not have to reserve, we like it to know who is coming to class and also it is a promise to yourself!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any class you reserve, especially early morning classes, please cancel within respectable amount of time. We understand life happens, however we like to make sure we can plan accordingly. Instructors reserve the right to cancel a class if needed. Please check your email. If you download the Wellness Living Achieve app, you can stay up to date with push notifications, as well.

CHECK-IN:

You will be checked into class. If you are new, please try to come 5-10 minutes early if you have not signed up & signed a waiver on our website.

FACILITIES:

We take pride in our facilities, please remember to put away equipment and take your belongings. Although we are safe, we are not responsible for any lost items. We do put aside any forgotten items, however after a month they will be disposed.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please let us know if you have any injuries you are working through or any illnesses. We do want you to be at YOU 100% and would like you to be able to exercise. So please disclose anything that may prohibit you from certain exercises. Also, you may put us in contact with any doctor or physical therapists that may help us understand your limitations . We are masters of modifications and want you to reach your fitness and wellness goals SAFELY!

 

Keeping you safe during COVID-19: We will maintain our classes outside and online due to the small size of our facility for your safety. We will still hold personal training and VERY have limited class sizes when there is low attendance. We will be enhancing your outdoor experience so hang in there with us!
