Studio owner and the creator of House Party Fitness® and HIIT Hop™.. ACE CPT and CPR Certified.. I have restless energy that brought me to competitive tennis, track, and rugby in college... However, I was never in the best of shape; I would only train for the sports during the season. Finally, I got wise and decided to make fitness a way of life, then I eventually decided to instruct. I have taught classes like Step Aerobics, Body Pump, 20/20/20, and Zumba. I eventually I used my love for hip-hop dance and fitness and created House Party Fitness® to create a more intense dance fitness program that encompasses all aspects of fitness. HIIT Hop™ came later to target the non-dancer to get "down and dirty in 30."
I strive to walk the walk by pushing myself to the limit to show you YES YOU CAN!

About Sam: Sam Rudd has been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor for 24 years and loves to teach!!! She's taught a variety of classes for a broad range of participants, including children, seniors, and disabled individuals as well as at community and fundraising events. She makes a point to know each class participant on a personal level. Her motto is “Focus on getting healthy not weight loss. The weight loss is an added bonus, but your overall health is the real prize”

I am a mom of four who works at home and just like everyone is very busy. But when I go to a House Party Fitness class, that hour is all about me. It’s about fitness, it’s about fun, losing yourself in awesome music, using muscles, burning calories, toning, all while saying, ooooh I love this song! It is so much fun to be part of this group dance fitness format because you feel like a back up dancer for Beyoncé all the while getting an amazing workout. Having this much fun while working out keeps me sticking to my exercise routine & taking care of me! Try it, you won’t be disapointed!!
Jesse Stokes- Fight Night Kardio Kickboxing
I started training in mixed martial arts at the age of 18. I hold a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have training in martial arts such as Boxing, Kickboxing , Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu jitsu, Judo. I hold multiple championships in Brazilian jiu jitsu tournaments and super fights. Looking to make the transition to professional ranks in mixed martial arts. Love being able to help other reach their fitness goals, motivation is big with me, as I once was 340lbs and now I compete in mma at 185 soon to be 170 when I make the jump to the pros. I am one that believes everyone can achieve what they dream to they just need the right push.
Benny is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified ReZist Instructor. He specializes in training for strength, weight loss, and functional fitness. Fitness has made a big change in his life. Not just physically but mentally as well. He really enjoys working with individuals that are new to fitness and wants to improve their overall health. Benny has been active his entire life. In high school he played on the Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball team 4 years varsity. Currently, he is focused on helping others, lifting weights, and prepping for a BodyBuilding Show Spring 2017.
