Yoga and Wine Down with Crista

Yoga makes you feel better. Practicing postures, breathing exercises, and meditation makes you healthier in mind body and spirit. Yoga helps you tune in, chill out and shape up - all at the same time.

Wine has the ability to relax and in moderation has health many benefits.

Together make a very calming and fun time with family and friends.

The event will be 45 minutes of all-levels yoga followed by wine tasting and assorted cheeses.

**Crista has a BS Health and Exercise science and a Masters in Wellness and Lifestyle management. Her passion for full body health and wellness and helping others, leaves you in the best of hands!
